Started by a sysadmin tired of reactive IT

AstroIT began in a spare bedroom in 2011, when our founder — then an in-house IT manager — got tired of watching small businesses get burned by providers who only showed up after disaster struck.

We built AstroIT around a simple idea: technology should be invisible when it's working. Thirteen years later, that's still the only metric that matters to us.

Our mission is to make enterprise-grade IT reliability accessible to every business, regardless of size — so our clients can spend their time running their company, not babysitting their network.
